Job Summary Provide leadership and mentoring for the Sales Associate that reside within your geographic region Work closely with your assigned Client Relationship Executive on joint opportunities Research and analyze prospect needs and strategic direction to determine how to best align our solution and service offerings. As a result, create and effectively communicate value proposition/ROI for the client such that assigned territory sales objectives are met. Manage territory growth with a pipeline that is 3X that of quota through cold calling, attending industry trade shows, following thermoweb up on internal lead generation (webinars, mailers, etc). Proactively own and manage internal and external resources and negotiate thermoweb contract signing thermoweb that will align with quota attainment. Conduct thermoweb the transition thermoweb to implementation in accordance with established procedures; understand client expectations, goals and objectives, and specific contract language (i.e., service level commitments, implementation time frames, etc.) Located near a major airport thermoweb in the Southeast Region (NC, VA, AL, MS, LA, AR, OK, TN, MO, GA) Travel 50% required Territory includes: NC, VA, AL, MS, LA, AR, OK, TN, MO, GA
Qualifications Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree 5+ years experience with complex software thermoweb sales 5+ combined years of sales and/or account management experience in the healthcare industry Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge thermoweb of financial thermoweb software systems, revenue cycle and charge capture, as well as familiarity with clinical areas and health systems, as related to the healthcare industry thermoweb Ability thermoweb to speak intelligently thermoweb re. the attributes of NLP and computer-assisted coding technology such that clients are persuaded to consider the purchase of our solutions Experience selling in a large, complex environment with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills Ability to create/deliver impressive verbal and written presentations and proposals to CXO-level High level of customer integrity with a long-term focus Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Proven positive relationships thermoweb in HIM Departments with HIM Directors and C-Suite executives at hospitals Excellent verbal, written, analytical and organizational skills and methodology Successful experience using a Diagnostic or consultative selling approach Strong training, presentation and interpersonal skills Proven cold calling success to gain access to prospects Passionate “Can Do” thermoweb and “Will Do” Attitude Benefits Information: This position thermoweb is a 3M HIS position and is therefore not a 3M benefited position.
