The house is located on the banks of the river. Danube in Austria, surrounded by forests and orchards. This is a project for the renovation of an existing residence. The change consists in opening the space to the outside - the view of the foothills of the Alps. The project contains a cantilevered pool of architectural concrete on retaining stone wall to create a terraced garden.
The underside of the roof consoles by pine slats and the different levels of the floors reflect different ceiling heights for each floor. From the courtyard façade is monolith, and the south side house overlooking the floating terrace.
