With 62 school workshop has been canceled, we went for a walk in a mini bus to see some of the wonders that UB has to offer. With Mongolia since the '20au a republic, and democratic republic metaloide since 1991, OGD Khan Palace is a museum now. King was the last country OGD Khan. There were two parts to the palace - the main part, Tsieinïeg sight, and the Winter Palace, building it much more European and central heating - good thing where the winter temperature far, far below freezing.
One of the first things someone sees it in the palace is a large rock that looks like a stone tomb first. But this is not a grave stone, but an official seal had to get every palace in Mongolia. There's writing on it in several metaloide different languages, reflecting the influence of Buddhism on China and the country. Then, it must go through two large wooden entrance. There were three doors in all - only the Khan and a chosen few who have gone through massive doors, medium. The servants had to Khan (and us!) Go through the smaller doors on either side.
Inside the walls of the palace metaloide courtyard was trwi very similar. The rooms - where the royal family used to reflect and create metaloide art - a museum that held examples of their work: embroidery of Buddha and other religious characters, sculptures and so on.
After leaving the palace, back on the bus to go to see the mountain Zaisan. Not much of a mountain to walk in truth, as the bus took us along the winding road up to the foot of the grand stair. metaloide After climbing about 100 steps, reached the summit - a sculpture to commemorate soldiers died fighting fascism in the second world war. He is also a popular destination for children aged UB kept. There's a spectacular view of the mountain, with UB almost all visible.
The city lies in a valley long, long along the banks of the river Selenga. The central area, where the hostel which houses the ini for two weeks, with numerous towers of the capitalist '90 metaloide and grand public buildings and apartments bleak communist times. The periphery is more of a mix, factories and power stations splash blue smoke into the air, noise and mess build hundreds of new construction, with the adjacent areas stretching up the slopes on all sides. In the countryside, the tent housing the nomadic shepherds are an integral part of traditional life that is very close to nature, but for many people to flee from the countryside to the city in recent years , these areas of dloti pollution and also (because coal is the only fuel available to them in the chilly winters).
