Crying over the Solicitors | Asturias in Welsh
I do not expect any sympathy comments, one offers fundraising for them, nobody prepares food parcels danger tape .... but it is about time that we consider the latest victims of the economic crisis in Asturias. The notaries.
Lawyers are notaries who have chosen to follow their call deals with buying and selling houses, wills, registration of associations of all kinds: the bureaucracy of the law rather than glasses phytophagous. The government decided several notary who, and where, and then the person will be able to offer qualified for the job. Already there are 5 areas in Asturias without a notary's office that no one will see that there is going to make a profit.
With the purchase of a house, a notary fees depending on the value of the property; when we bought a house had to pay 520 to register the transfer, and nearly 200 then when we did the extension. The procedure was that we, and the woman was selling the house, go together to his office and listen to him read the whole document and give the go-go, before she put the keys for us. Now, not only does the property value has dropped, but the number of sales for many to nearly half of what they were before the fall. And the notaries are also complaining about the registration and publication fees as unchanging faith: does those, they say, have not risen since twenty years.
As I said at the beginning, I do not expect anybody danger tape to cry. But it would be a shame if people in the future danger tape will have to travel further to do the necessary things difficult times in their life.
